If a call is more than just a simple troubleshooting, and it is during business hours, then the client should contact their servicing company. Also, for complicated things like changing codes, or trouble lights flashing, but no indicator of what the trouble is. Never give out a dealer's cell phone numbers, only the main number listed in the dealer file. If the client requires service after hours, then call the dealer's contact list, and give them the client's information.
