A Certified ULC Fire Monitoring Company
ULC fire monitoring is required as defined in the Alberta Building code and controlled by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Normally the local fire department is the Authority Having Jurisdiction. ULC sets the standards by which the system is installed and monitored. They also define the time frames and who is to be called when, on any of the signals sent to the signal receiving centre.
CML Shield Security can provide the equipment and certification from ULC. We are required to perform an Annual inspection as part of this certification.
