Arming/Disarming
Away Arming
1.Make sure that the green READY light is on, or that the LCD display reads 'READY TO ARM'.
2.Enter your PIN, then push the # key.
3.Make sure the red ARM light comes on. The LCD display will read 'EXIT NOW'.
4.Exit through any Time Delay door.
Home (Stay) Arming
1.Make sure that the green READY light is on, or that the LCD display reads 'READY TO ARM'.
2.Enter your PIN (if required), then push the * key, then the 4 key, and then the # key.
3.The keypad will beep twice. The LCD display will read, 'ARMED'.
Disarming
1.Enter your PIN, then push the # key.
2.Make sure the red ARM light on the keypad goes off.
Bypassing

Bypass Key |
1.Enter your PIN, if required.
2.Push the Bypass key, then enter the Zone Number to be bypassed. Repeat this step for all zones to be bypassed.
3.When the last zone to be bypassed has been entered, push the # key.
4.The READY light and the red ZONE lights will flash to indicate the zones bypassed. On the LCD keypad, the display will read, 'BYPASSED ZONE'. To display which zones are bypassed, press the # key once for each bypassed zone.

To Unbypass a zone you follow the same procedure as for bypassing a zone. All bypasses will automatically be removed when the system is disarmed. |
After an Alarm/Alarm Memory
1.Enter your PIN and push the # key. This will silence the siren and disarm the system.
2.On the LED keypad, the red ZONE lights will flash to indicate where the violations occurred. On the LCD keypad, the display will read, 'ALARM ZONE'. To see which zones are in alarm, push the # key.
3.To clear the alarm memory and the display, push the * key, then the 1 key, and then the # key.
Resetting Smoke Detectors
•When a smoke detector is triggered, the red ZONE light will come on, or the display will read, 'ALARM ZONE' and the siren will sound.
•To reset the smoke detectors, push the * key, then the 6 key, then the 2 key, and then the # key.
User PIN Programming
Changing a User PIN
User 1 can use their Master PIN to change the PINs of users 1-8
1.Enter your Master PIN, then push the * key, then the 0 key, and then the # key.
2.Enter the new PIN and push the # key. The new PIN can be from two to five digits long, but must start with the same digit as the old PIN.
3.Enter the new PIN, again, and push the # key. If the new PIN is accepted, the keypad will beep twice. If you make a mistake, or if the new PIN is rejected, the keypad will beep five times.
4.Exit the programming mode by pushing the * key, and then the # key.
5.Make sure the new PIN works.
Deleting a User PIN
User 1 can use their Master PIN to delete the PINs of users 2-8
1.Enter your Master PIN, then push the * key, then the 0 key, and then the # key.
2.Enter the user number (2-8) that you wish to delete, then push the # key.
3.Enter the user number you wish to delete, again, then push the # key.
4.Exit the programming mode by pushing the * key, and then the # key.
