Every major commercial building will have a fire panel sperate from the alarm keypad, but the two are usually tied together, so the fire panel can send signals to us. We as operators have almost no interaction with a fire panel, aside from reading off the usually vague signals, and therefore the client will need to either call their servicing company, or the fire servicing company. If there is a specific fire service company that they deal with, They will have left a sticker on the fire panel with a phone number.
