ARMING/DISARMING

ARMING IN STAY MODE

"Enter Code To Arm System" should be displayed. Enter the Access Code and Do Not leave the premises.

ARMING IN AWAY MODE

"Enter Code To Arm System" should be displayed. Enter the Access Code and leave the premises through a designated entry/exit door.

disarming

Enter your Access Code to disarm anytime the system is armed.

DISARMING ERROR

If your code is invalid, the system will not disarm and a 2 second error tone will sound. If this happens hit # key, and try again.

BYPASSING

With the system disarmed

To bypass a zone press * 1 (you may be required to enter access code). A menu will show various bypassing options. use the < > Scroll keys to find the correct option, and press the * key to select.

The bypassing options are as follows

[0] Bypass Zones - This selection takes you to bypassing zones. Use the < >arrow keys to find the zone to be bypassed, press the * key to select. A * will appear next to the zone label. When done press #.

[1] Clear Bypasses - This will turn off bypassing for all zones.

[2] Recall Bypasses - This will automatically bypass the same group of zones which were bypassed the last time zones were bypassed

[3] Previous Menu - This selection will return the display to "Enter Code to Arm System"

Helpful Tip

Bypassed zones are automatically canceled each time the system is disarmed and must be bypassed again, if required, before the next arming.

DOOR CHIME

1.Enter * 6 then the Master Code on the keypad.

2.Use the < > Scroll keys to scroll through the options, or press 5 for Door Chime.

3.Press * key when the "Door Chime" option is displayed. Pressing the * key will alternately turn the option on ("Y" displayed) or off ("N" displayed)

MEMORY LIGHT

The keypad will display "Alarm Memory"

1.Press * 3 to view the alarms in memory.

2.Press # to return to Ready

TROUBLE CODES

Refer to the manual for a detailed description of trouble conditions

1.Press * 2 to enter trouble display. The keypad will display the current trouble conditions.                

2.Press # to exit trouble display. The 'Trouble' light will stay on until the trouble is resolved.

Time & Date Programming

1.Enter the Master Access Code to enter the Master User Functions Menu.

2.Press 4 to select "System Time"

3.Enter the time in 24-hr. format (HH:MM)

4.Press 5 to select "System Date"

5.Enter the date in the following format: (MM/DD/YY)

6.Press # to exit the Master User Functions Menu.
